MAY 2025 UPDATE! I just had the pleasure of using BluePrint again for the inspection of the townhome I'm about to purchase, and once again, they proved why they’re a true 5-STAR, top-tier business! Christopher was outstanding — he conducted a meticulous, comprehensive inspection and delivered a clear, easy-to-follow report that left no detail overlooked. What really sets BluePrint apart is their exceptional after-service. Every follow-up question I had was answered quickly, thoroughly, and with genuine care. It’s clear that this team isn’t just going through the motions — they truly value their customers and take pride in their work. I can’t recommend BluePrint highly enough! If you’re looking for a business that prioritizes knowledge, professionalism, and customer service at the highest level, look no further. Christopher, Josh, and the team are an absolute class act from start to finish. IMPRESSIVE! I called BluePrint Home Inspection simply based on their Google reviews. Absolutely amazing! I initially spoke with Beth, who was extremely pleasant, answered all my questions, and scheduled an appointment for me almost immediately. Patrick came to my house and did an exceptionally thorough inspection. I was particularly concerned about my attic - whether it was structurally sound and why it was always so hot! After the inspection, Patrick assured me the attic was sound - and even provided me with some suggestions with respect to measures I might consider taking to reduce the temperature of the attic. Patrick was very professional, informative, and highly detail oriented. Outstanding service from start to finish, including a very reasonable inspection fee. I highly recommend BluePrint Home Inspection! Stop searching the web - call BluePrint today!

I requested a home inspection from Blueprint Home Inspection in early April 2024. They had Frank Garner come out to perform the inspection. Upon arriving at the property Frank reached out to let me know he was there and ask me if there was anything I wanted him to look at specifically. He proceeded to perform and write up the best home inspection report I have received. I have had home inspections done on all homes I have purchased or been involved with. In the last five years, I have had 3 done. Frank's report was detailed, items were captured in pictures, and great description on each item were provided. He took the time to inspect all areas and facets of the home and property directly around the home. His report was clear to report safety issues, deficiencies, functioning/nonfunctioning items and general information. I feel confident I have a good understanding of the issues that need to be addressed and those I can accept. I will be recommending Blueprint Home Inspection to all of my friends and family and when I need another in the future, I will be reaching out to Blueprint Home Inspection and specifically to Frank. Thank you for your excellent work Frank Garner and Blueprint Home Inspection!

We needed an inspection for a property that we are purchasing on short notice. I submitted a request on Saturday evening online while traveling back from a weekend trip. The inspection was confirmed Sunday morning when I checked my phone with two time options for Monday. Frank, the inspector, arrived promptly for the appointment, did an extremely thorough inspection that highlighted a number of important items needing attention. Thank you for the prompt, professional and thorough report that was easy to read and understand with the indexing, pictures and descriptions. It will make my buying decision more comfortable with the understanding of the property condition highlighted in the inspection report. Thank you Frank!
